A Day of Snow and Fun at Sundance

For Christmas Madi got a Gift Certificate for a day of Skiing,
along with all the stuff she'd need to stay warm while doing it.
Dad, Mom, and Madi started out at 7 am on December 29, 2008
to embark on Madi's big day of skiing for the first time.
We went to Sundance were it was CRAZY BUSY becasue of all
the kids being out of school for Christmas break. It was an hour
long wait to ride the lift to the top of the Mountain.

At the beginning of the day.
Both are smiling and I wanted to keep it that way!
Madi being pulled along by her instrutor.
We thought we'd save Casey his sanity and
get her a lesson for her first time.
I used the wrong terminology when trying to
teach Madison how to ski. I said wedge and straight.
Her instructor said pizza slice and french fries.
That is why they get paid to teach kids how to ski and I do accounting.

She is still all smiles at the end of the day.
That means it must of been fun and we will be doing it again soon.

Hey Sarah! My mom sent me an email with your blog site this morning, She knows I blog and enjoy looking at friends blogs too. You have such a cute little family! Your girls are beautiful. I was just talking to Megan Hunter the other day on Facebook and asked if she ever talked to you any more. I hope you are doing great, how are your parents? May I add your site to my side bar? My site is kimberfamily5.blogspot.com if you want to check it out too.
